Order Acceptance Rules
All users who place orders on our platform confirm that they have fully read, understood and agreed to all the terms of purchase and platform service rules. After the user completes payment successfully, the order is deemed to take effect authorized reseller, and a valid shopping contract relationship is formed between the user and the platform. The platform reserves the right to reject or cancel abnormal orders such as malicious orders, repeated orders and illegal operation orders.
Product and Price Rules
All products displayed on the platform are authentic premium K-Beauty and Asian beauty products, covering makeup, skincare, sun protection and hair care categories. All commodity prices are denominated in unified USD, and all products enjoy up to 70% off long-term preferential discounts. The platform will adjust product prices and preferential activities according to market conditions, and the specific settlement price shall be subject to the real-time price of the order placement page.
Payment Settlement Rules
The platform adopts unified US dollar currency for all order settlement, and supports a variety of formal and safe payment methods. Users need to complete payment in a timely manner after placing an order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after the system specified time. After successful payment, the platform will start order processing and delivery procedures in accordance with the logistics service rules.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Users can apply for order modification or cancellation before the order is processed for delivery. Once the order enters the warehouse packaging and outbound delivery link, it cannot be modified or cancelled at will. For cancelled orders, the platform will process the refund in accordance with the refund policy rules. The platform reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product shortage, system failure and other special circumstances, and will take the initiative to refund and inform users.
Purchase Compliance Commitment
Users promise to abide by relevant platform rules and shopping ethics when purchasing products on the platform, and shall not use the platform for illegal shopping, malicious speculation, fraud and other improper behaviors. If the user violates the purchase terms and causes platform losses, the platform has the right to cancel the order, restrict shopping qualifications and pursue corresponding liabilities.
